Bob Maloney
is the founder and Principal of Maloney Government Relations, LLC (MGR), a
bi-partisan government relations and business development lobbying firm. He
has a reputation for bottom line effectiveness, integrity, persuasion,
strategic thinking and an understanding of the legislative process.
Bob is also a policy advisor with the law firm of
Steptoe & Johnson. Through this affiliation, he has
represented a broad range of clients on issues including foreign trade
agreements, taxes, prison industries, convenience stores, and the
distribution of energy fuels.
Prior to founding MGR, Bob represented the Federal National Mortgage
Association as Vice President of Government Relations. In
addition, he served as head of the business unit which initiated the
economic development beginning at
LeDroit Park and currently transforming
the nation’s capital. Bob has also served as Assistant Secretary at
Tenneco,
Inc. representing their natural gas pipeline, agri-business, packaging,
insurance, automotive and chemical subsidiaries, as well as their
environmental interests.
Bob’s earlier experience includes; serving as Chief of Congressional Affairs
at the
Department of Commerce and on the
professional staff of the House Appropriations Committee. He is a graduate
of
Harvard Law School,
Canisius College. On October 6, 2009, Canisius College designated
Bob as a "Distinguished Alumnus of 2009."

Maloney, May 2007. In addition, he was quoted in the September 2007 and
January 2008 editions of Roll Call. On March 21, 2009, National Journal
featured Mr. Maloney in its annual "State of Lobbying" issue "The L
Word."
Mr.
Maloney was honored in the Capitol at a CBC-sponsored reception in April
2007. The event was profiled in Washington Living, June 2007. On March
23, 2009, The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation appointed Mr.
Maloney to a three year term as a Corporate Advisory Committee Member.

the Caucus," on June 18, 2007.
Mr.
Maloney helped to jumpstart the Federal National Mortgage Association's
With Ownership Wealth (WOW)
plan in pursuit of the organization’s mission to provide mortgage
assistance to low and middle income families. WOW garnered support from
blue chip corporations and launched one million minority families into
first-time homeownership.
The CBC
and its Foundation gained renown for over a decade of receptions
honoring CBC chairmen and members, sponsored by the Federal National
Mortgage Association and launched
by Mr. Maloney.
The Federal
National Mortgage Association presented several honors to Mr. Maloney during his tenure, including
its Chairman’s Award, the President's Award, and the Premium Service
Award for distinguished services.

Canisius
College Magazine (Summer, 2006) featured Mr. Maloney as “among the top

established the Robert H. “Bob” Maloney Scholarship Fund at Canisius
College to assist
minority students.
Mr. Maloney
published a weekly blog for National Journal as a political expert.

MGR's Managing Partner responsible for the day-to-day operations,
lobbying disclosure compliance, strategic alliances, marketing and financial
operations.
Eunice has extensive experience in the banking and financial services
sectors in Washington, D.C. and New York City.
Eunice holds a Masters Degree from Trinity University and
is fluent in Spanish.
